Speaker Instructions

What you Need to Know About Presenting:

  • Each session will be 90-minutes in length. Your session will consist of 4-5 abstracts with similar themes, making each oral presentation 18 minutes in length (inclusive of audience Q&A)
  • Please arrive to your session at least 15 minutes prior to its’ starting time
  • Each session will have an assigned room moderator
  • All session rooms will have a laptop, microphone, and LCD/screen
  • We do not provide a PowerPoint template for your presentation. Be as creative as you like!
  • You are not required to submit your PowerPoint prior to the conference. Please bring a copy of your PowerPoint presentation to your conference session to load on the session room laptop
  • We are not hosting virtual presentations or a poster hall

Practice! Practice! Practice! Keep in mind that you are representing yourself and your organization. If you are well prepared and your delivery is smooth, you’ll leave a very good impression with your audience.
