Our advanced registration pricing will be available until Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, and on-site registration pricing will begin on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025.

*Government/municipal employees should select the government/municipal rate option on the first page of the registration process. Government/municipal may be asked to show proof that they are eligible for the discount by showing identification if requested.

*Students with active ASCE memberships can register for the conference at the student rate. Speaker discounts do not apply to the student rates, because the student rates are already lower than the discounted speaker rate. To activate your free student membership, please visit ASCE. Once your student membership is active, the online system will automatically give you the discounted student rate.

If your profile is not automatically acknowledging that you are a student, that means that you do not have an active ASCE student membership. Not a member of ASCE? Join today and save on your conference registration. Join ASCE online or call (800) 548-ASCE (2723) to request an application and/or register for the conference. More information on member benefits.

Note: you must be a member in good standing to qualify for member rates.

Payment Information

Acceptable forms of payments include:

  • Check: payable to EWRI Low Impact Development Conference 2026 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Include attendee's name in the memo area of the check)
  • Credit card: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club
  • Purchase order: P.O. #, company name and address or other billing address (This includes government P.O. use.)

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of purchase order.

Cancellations/Refunds

A full refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline of Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026 (for attendees) or Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025 (for speakers & moderators).

Attendee refund requests received after the cancellation date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are reviewed 30 days post-conference. Refund requests may only be made for illness or emergency, and should be accompanied by a doctor's note and/or similar official documentation stating the emergency and person's name. The subsequent refund will be discussed post-conference by EWRI leadership, and if the refund is approved, it will be made minus a $100 processing fee.

Speaker and moderator registration fees are non-refundable after Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, due to the necessary advance production of the proceedings and the program. Exceptions may only be made for illness or emergency if the request is made in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note and/or similar official documentation stating the emergency and person's name. The subsequent refund will be discussed post-conference by EWRI management, and if the refund is approved, it will be made minus a $250 processing fee. To submit a cancellation request, please contact ASCE Customer Service at [email protected].
